INGREDIENTS
Colored vermicelli 200 grams
Milk 2 liter
Sugar 250 grams
Saffron color ¼ tsp
Clarified butter 100 grams
Almonds 10
Pistachios 10
Raisins 10 grams
Dates 100 grams
Green cardamoms 3
Cinnamon sticks 2
Cloves 3
Few drops of screw pine essence
METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a medium
sized cooking pot.Colored vermicelli 200 grams
Milk 2 liter
Sugar 250 grams
Saffron color ¼ tsp
Clarified butter 100 grams
Almonds 10
Pistachios 10
Raisins 10 grams
Dates 100 grams
Green cardamoms 3
Cinnamon sticks 2
Cloves 3
Few drops of screw pine essence
METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a medium
Then add cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamoms,
sliced dates, sliced almonds, slicedpistachios, raisins and colored vermicelli.
Stir fry for a while, then add milk and
cook on medium flame.
Meanwhile, add sugar, saffron color and
few drops of screw pine essence and cook until the mixture begins to boil.
Your Arabic Sheer Khorma is ready to serve.
