Arabic Sheer Khorma



INGREDIENTS

Colored vermicelli 200 grams
Milk 2 liter
Sugar 250 grams
Saffron color ¼ tsp
Clarified butter 100 grams
Almonds 10
Pistachios 10
Raisins 10 grams
Dates 100 grams
Green cardamoms 3
Cinnamon sticks 2
Cloves 3
Few drops of screw pine essence


METHOD

Heat clarified butter in a medium
sized cooking pot.
Then add cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamoms,
sliced dates, sliced almonds, sliced
pistachios, raisins and colored vermicelli.
Stir fry for a while, then add milk and
cook on medium flame.
Meanwhile, add sugar, saffron color and
few drops of screw pine essence and cook u
ntil the mixture begins to boil.
Your Arabic Sheer Khorma is ready to serve.
