Scotch Egg Meat Loaf

Ingredients

Mince meat ½ Kg (chicken)
Bread slices 2
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Capsicum (finely chopped) ¼ cup
Onion (finely chopped) ¼ cup
Eggs 2
Eggs 6 (hard boil)
Bread crumbs as required
Oil for frying
Tomato ketchup ¼ cup
Chili garlic sauce ¼ cup
Vinegar 1 tsp
Oregano leaves 1 tsp
Cheddar cheese 3 tbsp

METHOD

Mix the bread slices, salt, black pepper powder,
capsicum, onion, 1 egg in minced meat..
Wrap the prepared mix of minced meat on the boiled eggs..
Then apply beaten egg and bread crumbs and
fry on medium heat till the balls are brown..
In a bowl mix tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce,
vinegar and oregano leaves and a few drops of
water to make the sauce..
Put the meat and egg balls in an oven dish dish
and pour the prepared sauce over it..
Then sprinkle them with cheese..
Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the
balls for 10-12 minutes..
Serve hot.....
